Adecco is currently hiring several full-time motivated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for handling, storing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring smooth warehouse operations, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role requires a focus on safety, efficiency, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and unload shipments of raw materials and finished products.

  • Organize and store products in the warehouse according to established systems and procedures.

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

  • Use forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse.

  • Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of product movement and storage locations.

  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization, including proper disposal of packaging materials.

  • Assist in managing inventory levels, ensuring products are rotated and stored correctly to prevent spoilage or damage.

  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of equipment.

  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipment contents and condition.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and shipping goals.

  • Report any product or equipment issues to supervisors and assist in resolving them promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred, but not required.

  • Forklift certification is a plus, but training will be provided.

  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperature conditions.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and preparing shipments.

  • Good organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
