The Opportunity as a UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you will be a key player in designing the next generation of our client's solutions. You'll work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to craft user-centered experiences that are not only intuitive but also empower users to achieve more. Your work will directly impact how accounting professionals worldwide interact with critical financial data and processes.

What You'll Do as a UX Designer

  • Drive UX Strategy: Partner with product and tech leadership to develop a cohesive user experience strategy across the product suite.

  • Design Solutions: Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into elegant and practical designs.

  • Prototype and Iterate: Quickly prototype and test designs to validate assumptions and refine solutions based on user feedback.

  • Advocate for the User: Be a champion for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Contribute to the Design System: Help maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Stay Inspired: Keep up-to-date with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies.

  • Create Documentation: Develop clear and concise design documentation, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

  • Solve Problems: Identify and resolve user experience issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Influence the Vision: Help shape the overall product vision and strategy.

  • Share Knowledge: Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing your expertise and insights.

What You Bring as a UX Designer

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on SaaS or enterprise software.

  • A compelling portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.

  • Expertise in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

  • Proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design improvements.

  • Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design.

  • A solid grasp of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive user experiences.

  • Experience working in an agile environment with rapid iteration cycles.

  • A deep understanding of responsive design and cross-platform user experiences.

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for giving and receiving feedback.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
