Adecco is currently hiring a part-time friendly and organized individual to be the face of our client’s business as a customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist! As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience. Whether greeting visitors, answering calls, or assisting with administrative tasks, your positive attitude and attention to detail will help ensure our dealership runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, provide information, and schedule appointments for sales, service, and other departments.

  • Assist with filing, data entry, and general office tasks to support sales and service teams.

  • Manage and confirm appointments for customers, keeping track of scheduling changes and ensuring all departments are informed.

  • Guide customers to the appropriate department or staff member, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain a clean and inviting waiting area, offering refreshments to clients while they wait.

  • Sort and distribute mail and assist with outgoing communications.

  • Help maintain accurate customer records and process necessary paperwork.

Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred.

  • Bilingualism in both English and Mandarin

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.

  • Professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude.

  • Ability to multitask and handle a busy work environment.

  • Experience with phone systems, computers, and office equipment.

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
