Adecco is currently seeking a Project Governance Analyst for a temporary role with our client, located in Calgary, AB. This position plays a crucial role within the Corporate Project Management Office (CPMO) to ensure effective execution of projects under the CPMO Project Delivery Framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for process integration, continuous improvement, and supporting governance initiatives, ultimately driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Promote understanding of the CPMO Project Delivery Framework and PMO methodologies.
- Support ongoing governance and transformational initiatives within the CPMO.
- Integrate processes with cross-functional groups (Data & IT, Organizational Change Management, Project Controls).
- Maintain and enhance frameworks for Project Delivery.
- Manage Information Management facilities including document and data management.
- Oversee the evolution of CPMO operational portals and Project Portfolio Management systems.
- Ensure timely and relevant governance reporting tailored to audiences.
- Steward the CPMO team inbox and handle internal/external communications.
- Facilitate onboarding for new team members on framework and tools.
- Work closely with CPMO Services, D&IT Portfolio Investment, and D&IT Operations to communicate changes affecting project delivery.
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Project Management and Business Analysis principles.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with document management tools (ServiceNow PPM, SharePoint, MS PowerBI).
- Knowledge of SAP (S4) in the Oil and Gas sector is an advantage.
