Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time detail-oriented Customer Engagement Specialist to work for our client in Toronto, ON. In this role you will be responsible for improving the in-app experience through strategic merchandising of grocery, convenience, retail, and alcohol. This includes working with item collections, offers, and marketing surfaces, which have direct impact on both customer conversion and engagement. Having accurate search quality improves the experience of customers, leading to better conversion and platform reliability.

  • Pay Rate: $ 45/hour

  • Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - Tuesdays and Thursdays in office)

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time | 6-month contract

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the quality of searches and submit tickets for identified issues to be resolved

  • Collaborate with Catalog team on catalog quality and seasonal occasions

  • Build, deploy, and refresh in-app curated surfaces and item collections

  • Support analysis of item collections and offers to track conversion and impact

Qualifications:

·         Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment

  • High attention to detail and strong process/project management skills

  • 1+ year of experience working within an operations (or similar) role

  • Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

  • SQL experience a plus

  • Bilingual (French Canadian) a plus
