Adecco is currently seeking a motivated Customer Coordinator to join our client’s team in London, ON. This temporary to possibly permanent position offers a competitive hourly wage of $21 per hour and provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic environment.   • Pay rate: $21/hour.
  • Location: London, ON
  • Shifts: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm and Friday 8:00am-2:00pm
  • Job type: Temporary to possibly permanent| Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Quoting customer RFQs: Creating formal quotes, collecting pricing, calculating sell prices, and advising on delivery timelines.
  • Reviewing customer orders: Ensuring pricing, delivery details, special instructions, and terms & conditions are accurate.
  • Retrieving customer orders through the internet (experience with Oracle is an asset).
  • Inputting customer orders into the MRP system.
  • Creating new product forms as needed.
  • Generating customs paperwork for shipments, if applicable.
  • Providing occasional reception coverage and backup for invoicing when required.
  • Assisting with other duties, such as filing and scanning.
  • Following Safran Policies & Procedures.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • A condition of employment will be completing a security assessment.
  • Has excellent communication skills and can address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Possesses strong attention to detail and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Is comfortable using MRP systems (experience with Oracle is an asset).
  • Has the ability to read drawings (this is an asset but not required).
  • Is proactive and adaptable to various tasks, including occasional reception coverage and backup for invoicing.
  • Can work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
