Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Client Services Project Coordinator for a 12-month contract role located remotely anywhere in Canada, with working hours in EST. This position offers a competitive salary of $28 per hour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution and exceptional client communication, ultimately driving client satisfaction.

  • Pay rate: $28/hour.

  • Location: Remote – anywhere in Canada, with working hours in EST

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

  • Job type: 12-month contract with possibility of becoming permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Meet project requirements by coordinating kick-off meetings, managing deadlines, and providing client status updates to ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

  • Work closely with internal operational teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables align with project objectives.

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, understanding their needs and feedback, and communicating these internally to support the project management team.

  • Draft project scripts and website content, assist in developing business rules, and perform project reporting and analysis to ensure quality and context.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • 2+ years of experience in a client/customer-facing role in a professional environment

  • Bilingual in French and English is required

  • Advanced skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables)

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Background in the legal industry is a strong asset

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

  • Experience in drafting written content for program materials

  • Familiarity with databases and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant industry experience preferred
