Adecco Professional has partnered with a large financial services firm to hire for some Bilingual Customer Service Representative job openings in Toronto, ON. These are full-time, permanent positions that have required working hours on a weekly rotating shift basis 8am – 8pm Monday through Friday (37.5 hours/week). This is a hybrid working position so you must be able to work out of the downtown Toronto office 3 days/week (TTC accessible and walkable from the GO).

Key responsibilities for Bilingual Customer Service Representative job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to:

  • Manage high volume inbound calls from customers (primarily Investment Advisors and their teams but also the investors directly)

  • Document and track all calls and conversations in a CRM

  • Maintains customer database; updates data and makes necessary changes; follow up on outstanding and required items

  • Determines customers’ needs and ensure proper documentation/information is included in the systems

  • Provide advice and guidance to customers relating to products/service (there is no sales in this position)

  • Follow up calls and written correspondence will be required as well; all will be in both French and English

  • Completed post-secondary education is required (DEC, Degree or Diploma); open to recent graduates with some related experience (co-op, intern, summer jobs etc)

  • Excellent communication skills; written and spoken in both French and English - bilingualism is required and will be assessed

  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
