Are you a Bilingual professional (French OR Spanish & English) seeking a partially remote job opportunity? Adecco is currently recruiting for a permanent Bilingual Alert Management Specialist (French OR Spanish & English) position with our client, a global leader in workplace safety based in Calgary, AB.

As the Alert Management Specialist, you will manage safety incidents efficiently and conscientiously from onset through to resolution. 

·       Location: Calgary, AB | Hybrid

·       Pay Rate: $47,000 / year

·       Shifts: Monday - Friday | 12 pm - 8pm | Flexible

·       Flexible to work night shift or overtime when exceptionally needed

·       Job type: Full-time | Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Monitor the safety of our customers' personnel.

·       Manage emergency alerts and follow escalation protocols professionally, with efficiency.

·       Respond to emergency situations with calm and confidence.

·       Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support when an alert is triggered.

·       Monitor weather and road conditions where customers are working alone to keep them informed of potential issues.

·       Provide excellent customer service. 

·       Maintain records and prepare reports.

Requirements and Qualifications: 

·       Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

·       Minimum 5 years of Customer service or dispatch experience  

·       Fluent written & spoken English is required

·       Fluent/native speaker level in written & spoken French OR Spanish is mandatory

·       Flexible to work night shift or overtime when exceptionally needed

·       Strong computer literacy, experience with Teams and Outlook is an asset

·       Clear criminal background check

·       Valid First Aid and CPR are an asset

·       Consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic to handle a high volume of client interactions with diligence, professionalism, and attention to detail

·       Ability to work autonomously and efficiently under pressure.
