In this role, you will be responsible for executing a range of on-site administrative duties. This role involves overseeing general on-site administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of administrative experience, a background in customer service, and exceptional troubleshooting and communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, laminating, and shredding
Handle mailroom duties, such as sending and receiving documents/supplies by mail, post, courier, or charter
Order and coordinate materials and supplies, including office furniture, ergonomic equipment, and stationary
Support emergency response teams and room organization
Coordinate events and serve as an ergonomic assessment contact
Provide printer/copier and other on-site IT support
Assist with hiring processes, including internet postings and interview arrangements
Support community events coordination
Manage confidential records and file room operations
Offer administrative support for Joint Information Center (JIC), including meeting minutes
Assist overall leadership with various administrative needs
Requirements and Qualifications:
2-3 years of administrative experience
Customer service experience
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Strong problem-solving skills with moderate work direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email systems
Strong administrative coordination abilities
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
