Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team in Ajax, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining vendor relationships. This role requires advanced Excel skills (X-lookup and pivot tables), and previous experience specifically with Accounts Payables.

Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00am- 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
Process all Accounts Payable transactions (approvals, coding, managing currencies)
Accurately review, reconcile and process vendor payments
Match invoices to purchase orders with bill of lading
Liaise with different departments for purchase orders and approvals
Review and process employee expense reports
Prepare and issue payments (cheque, wire, EFT)
Combine documents via PDF
Record financial transactions and assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Conduct physical inventory counts when needed
Perform other tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Advanced in MS Excel (XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
2 years of Accounts Payable experience
Post Secondary education in accounting
2 years experience using an ERP system (Netsuite, Quickbooks)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
