 Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Accounts Receivable Agent to work for our client, a well-established, multinational company that supplies industrial gases and services to various industries in Edmonton, AB. Bring your exceptional skills, backed by a minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, and an impressive bachelor’s degree/college diploma in accounting or business administration.   • Location: Edmonton, AB

  • Shifts: Monday to Friday | 40 hours /week

  • Job type: Full-Time | Temporary for 1 month with the possibility for extension, and potential for permanent hire

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and submitting billing adjustments

  • Reaching out to customers via email and phone for collections

  • Sending invoices and statements

  • Setting up Monthly Cash Collection in CyberSource

  • Processing payments

  • Preparing and submitting Billing Adjustments

Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Accounting or Business

  • Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience

  • Previous experience in Customer Service

  • Should have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office suite

  • Must be local to Edmonton, and legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
